Chairman Lee Donates 3 Million KRW
“Working Together for Unity and Growth”

 

The Tongjin Business Association held its 27th–28th outgoing and 29th incoming chairman inauguration ceremony at Gimpo Wedding Hall on the 17th.


The event was attended by over 150 guests, including Mayor Yoo Young-rok, City Council Chairman Yoo Young-geun, Honam Business Association Chairman Kang Jong-seop, Chungcheong Business Association Chairman Noh Hee-in, Provincial Council members Kim Si-yong, Jo Seung-hyun, Kim Jun-hyun, and City Councilor Jung Wang-ryong.

 

Outgoing Chairman Kim Yeon-cheon expressed gratitude to all members and officials for their support, saying, “Let us continue to work together so that the Tongjin Business Association can drive the growth of our local community.”

 

Incoming Chairman Lee Guk-hyun, CEO of Hansung Tech Co., Ltd., stated in his inauguration speech,
“I would like to thank former Chairman Kim Yeong-cheon and his executive team for their hard work.


I will strive to foster unity and communication among local businesspeople and to make Tongjin a better place for business by addressing and resolving challenges together.”

 

In congratulatory remarks, Mayor Yoo Young-rok emphasized the growing importance of the association as Tongjin continues to develop as a key city in the northern region.


Chairman Yoo Young-geun of the City Council added, “Amid economic difficulties, I deeply appreciate the efforts of our entrepreneurs and wish Chairman Lee and his team great success.”

 

Provincial Councilor Jo Seung-hyun also noted, “We live in an era of shared understanding and cooperation. Let us create a community where businesses, villages, and workers thrive together,” expressing high expectations for the new leadership.

 

Meanwhile, Chairman Lee Guk-hyun donated 2 million KRW to support local neighbors and 1 million KRW to the Tongjin Scholarship Foundation.
